Enrollment Procedure
  1. Call the school to have an application form mailed to you.
  2. Complete the application and return it to the school office.
  3. Schedule a family interview with the school. Be prepared to discuss topics such as faith in Christ, Christian commitment, church attendance, child training, family standards, etc. The Parent and Student Pledges will be reviewed during the interview.
  4. Following a mutual determination to enroll your child at MCCS, you will be provided with a Registration packet.  Please complete the Registration Packet and return it to the school office along with a check for the non-refundable registration fee.
  5. Your child may be asked to take a test to determine his/her academic level for appropriate placement.
  6. Before registration can be completed, it will also be necessary to:
    1. Provide current student health information, (i.e. immunization records)
    2. Complete an Emergency Medical Information and Field Trip Permit forms.
    3. Sign a Records Request form so we may obtain permanent records from your child's current school.
