David Roller
David Roller
School Administrator

Born and raised in Shelton, I served in the U.S. Air Force and as a Youth Pastor in Arizona before returning to Washington in 1981.  My college degree is from Grand Canyon University in Sociology and Religion, and I did limited graduate work at Fuller Theological Seminary. Before coming to MCCS in 1995, I worked in the recycling industry to create jobs for developmentally disabled adults.  My wife, Ginger, and I enjoy having my sister Kay live with us, and one daughter, her husband, and three grandchildren live next door. Our other daughter, Kari, has joined us on the family compound.  I teach an adult Bible class at Westwood Baptist Church in Olympia, and enjoy day hiking, reading, and propagating hydrangeas and other cut flowers.

School Coordinator (Mon-Tues)

I started at MCCS as a parent in 2006 and joined the staff as a school coordinator in 2007. I am married to Frank and we have two daughters. We attend Skokomish Community Church. I love to read, sing, road trip, mine for gem stones, and organize things! I love to set aside the worries of my day and just play sometimes. I am passionate about helping others.

My advice to students:  Read your Bible. It is cool, exciting, and contains the answers to any questions you may have.

Cindy Adams
School Coordinator (Wed-Fri)

I became a part of the school family in 2006 when my daughter Emily started Pre-K.  She is now in 2nd grade and her dad and I are so grateful she is able to attend MCCS.  The friendships we have developed are priceless.  I was born at Mason General Hospital and have lived in Shelton all my life.  I have been married to my wonderful husband Travis for 14 fabulous years.  In my spare time I enjoy gardening, making jewelry, reading, camping, exercising and spending time with my family.  My advice to students...The Golden Rule:  Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.  I think this is a good rule for everyone to follow no matter what your age.

Preschool Teacher

I have been involved at MCCS since 2002 when my older son started kindergarten. I have been teaching pre-school since 2004. I am working towards my A.A. in E.C.E., one class at a time. This has been an exciting process at it allows me to directly apply what I am learning as I go. My husband, James, our two boys, and I attend First Baptist Church in Shelton. I love to sew, craft, and bake. I love to watch movies and play board games. I am passionate about serving my community through loving my neighbor--even if inconvenient and outside my comfort zone.  If everybody did a little, it would add up to a lot.   Everyone who crosses your path was made in God's image--on purpose with a purpose.  That's huge!

My advice to students: Never say "I can't." Say, "I will try," then TRY, even if it's hard. You may surprise yourself.

Afternoon Kindergarten - Morning 2nd Grade Teacher

I started at MCCS in 2007. Before moving to this area I taught one year of Pre-K and three years of kindergarten at a Christian school in Spokane. I have a Masters of Education from Eastern Washington University. I attend Skokomish Community Church where my dad is pastor and my mom leads women's Bible studies.  I enjoy crocheting, knitting, drawing, writing, card-making, singing, and unicycling.  I am passionate about learning. I consider myself a lifelong learner and endeavor to inspire a similar curiosity and excitement in my students.

My advice to students:
1.  Enjoy your family, especially your siblings. You never know when you might be separated by continents and oceans.
2.  Whatever you do--school, work, relationships with family and friends--do as you would if the Lord stood in the room with you.
3.  Never forget the incredible love that God has for you!
